This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that Two Digital Creatives LLC, doing business as TDC Digital Agency ("TDC"), holds about you. It applies to data we collect directly through our website and to data we access on your behalf via connected third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Threads), Google (Ads, Analytics, YouTube), LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Stripe.

What We May Hold About You

Depending on how you have interacted with us, we may hold:

Contact details from intake forms, emails, calls, and meetings (name, business, email, phone, role, project description).
Client onboarding records (billing details, business documents, brand assets, authorized team members).
Platform-derived data accessed under your OAuth authorization (ad accounts, page interactions, post engagement, audience insights, conversion events, lead form submissions, message history on connected channels).
Site analytics events tied to your visit (page views, referrer, approximate location from IP, device and browser type).

How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request to gabriel.meneses@tdcdigitalagency.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

1. The email address, business name, or platform identifier you want associated with the request (so we can locate the right records).

2. The scope of the request: "all data," "Meta-platform data only," "Google-platform data only," or specific to a particular engagement or platform account.

3. A way for us to verify the request (for example, replying from the email address on file, or providing your Meta App-Scoped User ID ${user_id} and the App ID 785567401084563).

If you are submitting a request on behalf of a Meta user (App ID 785567401084563), include the App-Scoped User ID and the email address used to create the connection so we can match the request to the correct records.

Response Window

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days, in line with the response timeframes required by GDPR, CCPA, and Meta Platform Terms. If a request is unusually complex or part of a bulk submission, we may extend the deadline by an additional 30 days and will tell you why.

What Gets Deleted

Once verified, we delete:

Records you provided to us directly (intake form submissions, emails, meeting notes, onboarding documents).
Platform-derived data we cached or stored locally that is tied to your identity (audience exports, conversion logs, message archives, lead exports).
Analytics events tied to your identifiable session, where technically feasible.

What Cannot Be Deleted

We are required to retain certain records for legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Specifically:

Financial records (invoices, payments, refund history) are retained for the period required by IRS and Florida state law (currently seven years from the close of the relevant tax year).
Records subject to a legal hold, subpoena, or pending dispute remain until the matter is resolved.
Data already aggregated and anonymized in a way that cannot be re-associated with you.

We will tell you which categories, if any, we are retaining and why.

Platform Data We Do Not Control

When we operate connected applications on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), the platforms themselves also hold copies of your data. Deleting our records does not delete data held by the platform. To delete data held by a platform, contact the platform directly:

Confirmation

When deletion is complete we will email confirmation to the address you used to make the request, listing what was deleted and what (if anything) was retained under a legal-or-accounting exception.
